Fees are due at each consultation. Payment can be made with cash or personal cheques. NSF cheques will be subject to a $35.00 charge. Contact me for information on Herbalife Programs & Products .  We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.  I cancellations are made 5-24 hours in advance, 50% of appointment fee will be applied.  If cancellations are made less then 5 hours in advance, full appointment fee will be applied.  If you have an individual to take your appointment, no cancellation fee will be applied.  We appreciate your compliance with all scheduled appointments.
